Truvius is an early-stage fintech startup focused on bringing advanced financial tools to the digital asset (crypto) space. We are a SaaS investment platform that empowers users to create and automatedly trade their own thematic, systematic investment products within the crypto space. We are backed by some of the top investors in crypto including Galaxy Digital and New Form Capital among others.

Who you are

We’re looking for strong, adaptable engineers to help grow our existing MVP infrastructure into a robust, large-scale fintech business. The ideal candidate will be mission-oriented and comfortable working in a highly fast-paced and nimble startup environment. As one of our early hires, you’ll have the opportunity for significant leadership and to have a major impact on the growth of the company.

Truvius lives at the intersection of Web2 and Web3 — our goal is to empower TradFi asset managers with advanced financial tooling for investing in Web3 assets. As an early-hire engineer with Truvius, you will be at the forefront of building the bridge between TradFi and Web3.

Our progress

Truvius’ technical co-founder built a beta MVP early in 2022. Since receiving funding, we have worked extensively with a high-quality U.S. dev shop to grow this MVP and lay the foundations of our product.

We’re now looking for nimble, experienced engineers to bring our product over the finish line and to scale our vision (we have an extensive cutting-edge roadmap!)

On-premises onboarding

We want to ensure new team members start off the best possible way and have a direct and tangible connection to the rest of the team going forward.

As part of the onboarding process, one of the founders will travel to work alongside new members of the team for the first week. This helps build rapport and increases early-stage knowledge-sharing to ensure the first week is a great start to a long, open, and collaborative relationship.
